Chapter 7: The Missing Peice to my Puzzle

Soarin banged his head for the 20th time on the desk.
"Soarin stop hurting the desk." Spitfire teased.
"Im not in the mood the laugh right now. So dont be surprised if I lack in enthusiasm." Soarin groaned.
Spitfire gave him a pat on the back. "It's going to be fine. There are millions of mares all over Equestria." Spitfire said reassuringly "You could probably get another mare by the clap of your hooves."
"That's just it Spitfire. She was 1 out of millions. There will never be another mare that has her sweet laugh, her awesome rainbow mane, a mare who likes me for me. Not Soarin from the Wonderbolt team." Soarin sighed
"There is only one Rainbow Dash"
As Soarin kept pouting Spitfire reached inside her saddle bag and handed Soarin two flyers. He looked at them, not attempting to read it.
"What's this for?" Soarin sniffled
"Well one is an audition to the Wonderbolts and another has 2 tickets to Vinyl's Club. She will play any music starting from a young filly to her present age." Spitfire said excitedly.
"I hope you know this Spitfire, I'm already in the Wonderbolts, and who am I supposed to take to the club as my date?" Soarin asked but Spitfire just rolled her eyes.
"Rainbow isn't in the Wonderbolts though. Give her the paper so she will have a chance to try out. I think she has what it takes."
Spitfire winked "Also, take her to Vinyl's Club as your date."
Soarin groaned "But how am I to find this one mare out of thousands in Equestria to give it to her?"
"You don't know where she lives?"
"Of course I do"
"Then go to her house"
"She ran away in tears. She's probably telling the other 5 Elements of Harmony how selfish I am. And they are saying well your loyal and you should be proud of it."
"Looks like you hurt her pretty bad."
"Thanks for making me feel so much better."
Spitfire rolled her eyes.
"Do you know if you love this mare back?" Spitfire asked
"OF COURSE I DO. WHY WOULD I BE SITTING HERE IN TEARS IF I DIDNT LOVE HER."
"Little over dramatic, calm down. Let's test if you love her. What do you think of when you wake up?"
"I need to hurry and get to Rainbow's house"
"How bout breakfast time."
"I wonder what Rainbow is eating. I wonder if I can eat with her"
"Brunch?"
"When Rainbow will meet me at the picnic"
"Lunch?"
"Maybe I should go visit Rainbow"
"Afternoon?"
"I wonder what Rainbow has planned next for us to do"
"Dinner?"
"She goes to visit her friends and Soarin is very sad."
Spitfire giggled at this one.
"Night time?"
"I am either having a sweet dream about Rainbow, but if I cant sleep I go fly for a nightime stroll. Somehow Rainbow always bumps into me"
"Hehe Soarin is in love!" Spitfire laughed
"But I just lost Dashie" Soarin frowned
"Dashie?" Spitfire snickered. "Im sorry i need to get a hold of myself. Ask if her friends have seen her and tell them that you really need to talk to her."
Soarin nodded and began his search.
